·  Market Surveillance Tool Development: Designed and developed a Market Surveillance Software to provide FTC with transparent, trustworthy market data to monitor product compliance with applicable laws;

·  Tax Management System Enhancement: Developed functionalities for additional returns such as Business Tax Return, IPT, and payroll tax;

·  Data Integration: Supported database design, data migration, and integration with the property valuation database for tax calculation;

·  Automation & Reporting: Assisted with developing data analysis reports using PowerBI, automating risk management, taxpayer audits, and enforcement actions; and

Capacity Building: Conducted capacity-building sessions for staff, ensuring seamless implementation of the new functionalities.
